Each individual is permitted to create and maintain only one account. Multiple accounts created by the same person will be suspended or terminated.

- Harass, abuse, stalk, or threaten other users

You are solely responsible for the information you provide in your profile. We reserve the right to:
- Review and approve profiles before making them visible
- Remove or modify any content that violates these Terms
- Reject photos that are unclear, inappropriate, or misleading
- Suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information
5.2 Photo Guidelines
Photos uploaded must:
- Be your own recent photographs
- Clearly show your face
- Not contain nudity, violence, or offensive material
- Not include contact information, watermarks, or logos
5.3 Content License
By posting content on Shaadi, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.
6. Communication and Messaging
- You may communicate with other users through our messaging system
- Messages should be respectful and related to matrimonial purposes
- We do not monitor private messages but reserve the right to review them if complaints are received
- Sharing of personal contact information should be done cautiously
- We are not responsible for communications that occur outside our platform
7. Membership Plans
- We offer Free and Silver membership plans with different features
- Plan features are clearly listed on our Membership Plans page
- We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with notice
- Plan upgrades are effective immediately
- We currently offer all plans for free during our launch period
8. Account Termination
8.1 Voluntary Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the Dashboard. Account deletion follows a 24-hour grace period during which:
- Your profile is scheduled for deletion
- You can cancel the deletion request at any time
- After 24 hours, all your data will be permanently removed
8.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Provide false or misleading information
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Harass or threaten other users
- Create multiple accounts
- Use the Services for purposes other than matrimony

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy or completeness of user profiles
- The success of finding a life partner
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- The authenticity or intentions of other users
- Compatibility with any specific device or browser
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shaadi shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Actions or conduct of other users
- Unauthorized access to your account or data
- Any disputes or issues arising between users
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shaadi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

- Content you post on our platform
- Your interactions with other users
